No need for the cooling tank today, the weather is quite pleasant

As we depart, someone drops by to check out the cooling pool

Jaquar is out in the open today enjoy the sun on a cooler day

Shasta the UH cougar is also up high enjoying the view

Lion is always napping this time of day, but right at the viewing window

Erin notices that they look like a favorite stuffed animal

Wouldn't it be fun to have our own two kittens play at home?

Jaguar is out and up front due to the mid 70's temperature

Ring tailed lemurs sit in a tree and dangle their tails for photos

Birds and turtle enjoy the enclosure with the lemurs

Zoo keeper pushes some salad into a primate enclosure

There is always a long line at the salad bar!

Monkeys give each other massage on a relaxing day at the zoo

Time for a visit to the petting zoo full of friendly goats

Really, it is the brushing zoo and the goats don't mind at all

Someone didn't separate the sheep from the goats!

I'm great with pony tails but you just don't have enough hair for one

These goats have NO TANGLES because they are brushed ALL DAY

Yes!   Right there!   That is perfect!

Visit the prairie dog enclosure that has pairie dogs within it once again

Daddy's favorite pairie dogs make the scene

Aren't prairie dogs cute and adorable?

The other prairie dogs clear out to allow the spotlight on these 2

Cactus water is always the tastiest and most refreshing

Let us arise and be beautiful as swans

The turtle doesn't mind the girls but the elephant & leopard?

Stop by the flamingos on the way to the koi pond

Where to they get enough shrimp to be that pink?

The girls make friends when they offer food at the koi pond

Check this out, koi really like tortillas

Grandpa help supply fish food to the girls

It is time to go when the girls start pulling reeds out of the water

Finish with a performance at the crowded sea lion pen

Sea lion knows what to recycle and what to throw away

Fish reenforcement gets the tank clean and pretty quickly

The girls pose on the rhinoceros on the way out

And then stand on the world of giraffe and monkeys

A beautiful fall day at the zoo was enjoyed by all!
