Lake Friendswood - February 25th, 2017
Visit the recently opened Lake Friendswood on Davis Prairie Ln off West Blvd
It has a walkway around the lake and two piers by the parking lot
No gasoline powered motors and rod & reel fishing only
Bass, carp, catfish, crappie, sunfish and trout are ready to be fed

Head toward the other floating pier without a kayak launch

Check out the plant life growing in the shallows before the parking lot
Further up, Alex checks out the playground
It is not so much a playground but a fitness suspension trainer
Across the parking lot is another Kompan fitness trainer
This one utilizes magnetic bells for fitness training
As long as you can climb on it, it is fun
We will make more trips to this fantastic park in the near future!
