Visit the 1908 Hardeman County Courthouse in Quanah
Named for Quanah Parker who visited the town & gave it his blessing
Quanah Chamber of Commerce erected the Quanah Parker marker in 1990

1907 Hardeman County Judge and Commissioners listed forever
Quanah Masonic Lodge laid the cornerstone in the northeast corner!

West side entrance columns are not tall than the east side (main entrance)
The southwest corner is at the intersection of Mercer @ 4th Street
Southside has the fire or judge early exit stairway
Sometimes the judge needs to make a speedy exit!

Hardeman County seat was moved to Quanah in 1890 due to RR location
