High pressure systems block advancement, heavy rain will fall for days

High water around Peace Lutheran but no flooding Saturday afternoon

About six inches of rain have caused this rise in water level

49" of rain will fall through next Tuesday

Visit the Heritage Park Overlook Basin Saturday afternoon

I will not be able to visit this park again until the water recedes

Residents will be rescued from their homes via boat a quarter mile to the west from here tomorrow afternoon

Visit the Castlewood Bridge over Cowart Creek during a lull in the rain

The water is rising after 6" of rain with 43" more to come

The water will be over the trees and half a mile wide in the next 3 days

This flood will be worse than the 1979 flood

The house on stilts to the right will flood once again

The water will be 5' deep in Mrs. Taylor's house on Monday

4in/hr of rain will fall Saturday night and flood the area
