The outer bands that pounded us Saturday & Sunday moved on to LA (2pm)

Keep hoping for a gap in the downpour to allow some drainage (9:30pm)
With the eye of the storm due south of Houston, the rain pours on
Still pouring at 10:30pm, the rain will finally stop in four more hours
