20 Year Old Porch - November 9th, 2022

The twenty year old arbor is really showing its age

Not only could it use a fresh coat of paint

But then it also needs some structural reinforcement

The supports are pulling out from the back frame and hanging on the gutter

It will eventually fall down if not addressed soon

So instead of repairing it, decide to get a new covered porch instead

So much surface area to paint delayed maintenance indefinitely

Later added fan support frame is also rotting away

Tiny original porch installed by the builder was way too small;   The current porch was added from July to August, 2002
